Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Architectural and Urban Restoration Design from the University of Bari.
Certified Safety Coordinator for Mobile Construction Sites in the Design and Execution Phases and Fire Prevention Specialist, he carries out his professional activity with a multidisciplinary approach to the complex aspects of construction, with particular regard to the design of sports facilities, functional improvement and adaptation of existing ones, and the recovery of buildings of historical interest.
Extensive experience in structural, fire prevention, and MEP engineering, with a strong interest in the use of renewable energy. He is a Certified Environmental Sustainability Assessor for the Puglia Region.
Over the years, he has collaborated extensively with public (municipalities and the Region) and private entities, where he has been able to apply his acquired technical-administrative knowledge and professional services, particularly in the field of sports facilities. He carries out his assignments with dedication and passion, adopting a comprehensive approach to the associated challenges.

President of the Provincial Committee of CONI of Bari starting from 2005 for two four-year periods, as well as Teacher of the Regional Sports School of CONI Puglia for the training of Sports Managers with the following contents: the management of sports facilities, the safety of sports facilities, the maintenance safety conditions during sporting activities.
From 1990 onwards he has carried out planning, construction management, verification and testing of electrical and special systems, projects and practices for fire prevention, safety, regulatory adjustments for both public and private clients at regional and national level, for sports facilities and for temporary setups of public entertainment and\/or entertainment facilities.<\/p>\n
